Include the article address, the passage needing review and a current public source. A broken link, unclear scope or outdated statement is useful feedback. You do not need to prove an individual account case to report an editorial problem.
This is not account or payment support
We cannot activate a card, reset access, trace wages, reverse a purchase, issue a refund or decide a dispute. Use the verified official information associated with the actual card and program, or the established employer or merchant channel responsible for your question. Keep private records out of email
Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords, authentication codes, identification documents, account statements, payroll files or customer records. The publication has no secure case-intake system and no account-login form.
Correspondence and privacy
